Delivery Times
Adcock Ingram Critical Care (AICC) delivers from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
AICC uses in-house services for the delivery of all online orders. We ship to any physical address but unfortunately, not to PO Boxes.
Undeliverable Packages/Double Delivery
Undelivered parcels will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to reschedule delivery.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery details on your order and ensure somebody takes delivery of your order.
Order Collections
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us
here with your order number and the details of your request.
You will receive a pre-printed waybill that needs to be signed and attached to your parcel. This process protects our customers against any lost parcels.
The parcel should be returned within 7 days and in its original condition
